Good evening Amy, I have just printed your recipe for Sweetcorn and Rep Pepper Fritters and would seek guidance on item 2 – do these items constitute the Fritter which is fried in Step 4? A response would be most welcome.
Hi Peter, the salt is for the courgette you help release the liquid. And then once you’ve squeezed out the liquid after it’s rested, this all goes into the fritters and you be fried off. Hope that helps and enjoy the recipe!
