This simple 3-Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Fudge is quick and easy to make and creates the most luscious chocolate fudge. Topped with walnuts, it’s nutty, rich, chocolatey and smooth.
I am on a roll with chocolate fudge right now and this one is even easier and simpler than some of my other recipes as it uses only 3 ingredients. This recipe was made with the Carnation vegan condensed milk alternative which I used all the time as it’s so sticky, sweet and naturally gluten-free and nut-free. To celebrate Veganuary, we have teamed up to share their delicious fudge recipe, which I have added here along with my own imagery and top tips for the best fudge.

What ingredients do I need?
The three ingredients for this no-bake recipe are:
Dark chocolate: I used a mix of chocolate bar, chips and buttons to make up the 350g needed. Keep the fudge plain and use dark chocolate or use a flavoured bar to make these even more delicious. I like to use a ginger or orange chocolate for something zesty and fiery or a fruity bar using raspberry chocolate.
Walnuts: to add a lovely nutty crunch on top but you can use other nuts like almonds, pecans or roasted peanuts. To make this nut-free, add on seeds instead or cacao nibs, coconut flakes or sprinkles.
Sprinkles: these are optional but add a lovely wow-factor to the fudge. I use the vegan, gluten-free and amazing sprinkles from Baking Time Club, and code AMY20 saves you 20%.
These fudge bites will keep for 1 week in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer, in sealed containers. Make sure to defrost the fudge for a smoother bite.
Is this nut-free and gluten-free?
Yes, these are naturally gluten-free and to keep them nut-free, check that your chocolate does not contain nuts and swap the walnuts for seeds, coconut or cacao nibs.
