I love rice crispy bars and ever since my Vegan Protein Rice Crispy Bars, I have been waiting for the perfect opportunity to make a new recipe and this is it. As well as being bar obsessed, I also love baking with cookies and biscuits, so these Peanut Butter Oreo Crispy Squares combine a few of my loves:
And they taste amazing! They are like chewy sticky sweet peanut butter with crispy crunchy cereal all laced with Oreo flavour and crunchy cookies. I can’t believe how good they are for only needing 4 ingredients. You can also play around with the ingredients depending on what you have to hand, this recipe really isn’t that precise. Here is what goes into these Peanut Butter Oreo Crispy Squares:
Stir all of the above together and allow to chill and then slice into bars – it really is that simple. You can make these in less than half an hour if you pop them in the freezer, too. They are fairly sticky at room or fridge temperature, so it’s a good idea to freeze them for the neatest slices.

I love the sticky sweet, slightly crunchy, slightly chewy texture of these bars. They are delicious with a cup of tea or coffee, too. Or just enjoy the straight form the fridge on their own. They would also be so fun to make for a picnic or afternoon tea with friends and family.
Plus, as they are so fun and easy to make, you can spend some time with little ones in the kitchen whipping up these Peanut Butter Oreo Crispy Squares. And then you get to eat them together.
