3-Ingredient Chocolate Protein Fudge (Vegan)

A delicious and simple 3-Ingredient Chocolate Protein Fudge made in 10 minutes and packed with protein and a really rich chocolate flavour. Set in the freezer and enjoy these all week long.

I love a fudge bar and these protein-based ones have two sources of protein: silken tofu and protein powder. You cannot taste the tofu at all – much like in my chocolate tofu mousse recipes. It is ideal for creating the creamiest texture, while adding lots of protein and along with the melted chocolate and chocolate protein powder, these bars are so chocolatey. You can make these ahead of time and keep them in the freezer for a delicious chocolate snack when you need it. This recipe is made with my friend Michelle from @run2food as we often do a recipe swap to share! This is her recipe and I have added on the pecans and salt.

What ingredients do I need?

You can see the ingredients with weights in the recipe card below and see my favourite and recommended products in the “shop the recipe” section.

For the fudge:

  • Dark chocolate: I use 70% dark chocolate buttons from Raw Halo which are made with natural ingredients and are so good.
  • Silken tofu: this makes for the ceramist fudge!
  • Protein powder: I use Form chocolate hazelnut protein for a lovely flavour.
  • Pecans: these are optional but add a lovely crunch and flavour on top.

Are these gluten-free and nut-free?

These are gluten-free and you can skip the nuts to make them nut-free.

How do I make them?

These are ready in a few steps:

  • Melt the chocolate: and allow to cool slightly.
  • Add the silken tofu, chocolate and protein to a blender: and process until smooth.
  • Spread the fudge into a dish: and top with pecans.
  • Freezer for at least 4 hours: or until set.
  • Slice into bars or squares: and enjoy.

How long will they last?

These will keep for 2 weeks in the freezer, wrapped up well, or 3-5 days in the fridge for a softer texture.
