I just love a good cookie box and after last years’ creation, I was only too excited to make a Vegan Christmas Cookie Box for 2021. I have to say this one caused quite a bit of stress to actually take the photographs, style the box and get it “just so” but I am so happy with the outcome. So remember when you see all the fabulous cookie boxes this year, that a lot of love, time, (sweat and tears) and planning go into these. Right let’s get to it!

How do I make the cute Chocolate Pudding Truffles?
These are actually so simple and involve your favourite shop-bought truffles. Or if you want to make truffles, try my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles, Vegan Oreo Cake Balls, Ferrero Rocher Cake Balls or Chocolate Salted Caramel Cake Balls.
Can I use any cookies in a Vegan Christmas Cookie Box?
Yes, you can use any of your favourite homemade (or shop-bought) cookies too and why not introduce a dip or some fresh seasonal fruit like in my Vegan Dessert Board.
Are these cookies gluten-free and nut-free?
Yes, these cookies are all gluten-free if you use gluten-free flour (check out the individual recipe pages for more information) and most are nut-free if you swap the nuts for seeds or extra dried fruits or chocolate, for example.
How long will this Vegan Christmas Cookie Box last for?
Once decorated and placed in position, the cookies will all keep for 1-2 days as they are best stored in airtight containers where they will last for 3-5 days or more. In that sense, it is best to make up your box the day of or the day before you want to serve it.
What other cookie recipes can I make?
