Strawberry and Banana Sorbet (Vegan)

Made with just 2 ingredients, this fresh and summery Strawberry and Banana Sorbet is so creamy and naturally sweetened with fruit. It’s made in a juicer and takes just 5 minutes to come together.

This recipe was such a joy to create as every time, it surprises me just how good 2 simple ingredients can taste when blended together. What makes it even better is that it takes just 5 minutes to make in the juicer with minimal prep time and washing up needed, it’s the ideal summertime snack or dessert. You can also play around with other fruits in here, just make sure you keep one ingredient creamy like banana or mango as fruits with high water content (like watermelon) won’t produce a creamy sorbet loke this one.
