What ingredients do I need?
You can see the ingredients with weights in the recipe card below and see my favourite and recommended products in the “shop the recipe” section.
For the cups:
Medjool dates: the big squishy ones are best here.
Strawberries: make the most of the late summer berries here. If it’s out of season, maybe swap these for bananas.
Crunchy almond butter: or you can use smooth, but I love the added crunch. Make sure it’s 100% nuts or with just some salt added.

Are these gluten-free and nut-free?
These are naturally gluten-free and to make them nut-free, swap the almond butter for sunflower seed butter and the almonds on top for flaked coconut.
How do I make them?
These are ready to go in a few steps:
Open the dates: and squish them into a silicone mould.
Top with some almond butter and strawberries: and leave to one side.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil: until glossy.
Pour over the cups: and decorate with flaked almonds and freeze-dried berries.
Set in the fridge: and then enjoy.
