Ginger Strawberry Spritz (Non-Alcoholic)

Fun, fresh and delicious Ginger Strawberry Spritz that’s pretty in pink and has lots of added benefits, too. With vitamin C, gut-healthy water kefir and fresh strawberries, it’s a great non-alcoholic drink.

I have really enjoyed trying out new flavours of non-alcoholic drinks after my Golden Mango Margarita and today I am back with a fruity one. It’s full of fresh strawberries, lemon and lots of lovely fresh ginger from the remedio blend. This little tipple is a great one to make when you have friends over and want a fun and impressive girly drink that’s also made without added sugars and contains no alcohol.

What ingredients do I need?

You can see the ingredients with measures in the recipe card below and see my favourite and recommended products in the “shop the recipe” section.

For the drinks:

  • Fresh strawberries: to blend into a puree.
  • Lemon: for so much flavour.
  • Caleño light and zesty: this is a non-alcoholic gin-style spirit which works so well.
  • Agua de Madre remedio: this is a blend of lemon and ginger pastes to make a delicious mix that you can add to hot or cold drinks and have all the health benefits.
  • Water kefir: I use the Agua de Madre lemon and ginger water kefir which is so delicious and is similar to kombucha so you can use that, too.
  • Ice: the obvious ingredient!
  • Rose petals: to decorate.

Is this sugar-free and alcohol-free?

This contains no added sugars apart from the fruit and is also alcohol-free.

How do I make this?

This is ready to enjoy in a few steps:

  • Puree the strawberries and lemon: until smooth.
  • Stir in the other ingredients: to combine.
  • Fill glasses with ice: about 1/3 way full.
  • Pour in the strawberry puree: to fill up the glass halfway.
  • Top with the water kefir: and serve with a fresh strawberry and rose petals.

How long will it last?

Enjoy this straight away once poured. You can prepare the strawberry puree 3-5 days in advance, and keep it in the fridge in a sealed container.
