What ingredients do I need?
You can see the recipe with measures in the recipe card below, and my favourite and recommended products in the “shop the recipe” section.
For the drinks:
Blackberries: use fresh berries and muddle them into a liquid.
Agave syrup: this adds a little bit of sweetness, and you can also use honey, if you prefer.
Cinnamon: for flavour.
Caleño dark and spicy: this is naturally alcohol-free and is the dark and spice which is similar to rum and has a lovely warming flavour that works really well with.
Agua de madre remedio: I use the blackcurrant and ginger one which is made purely made of fruit and the ginger and is a thin paste to mix into drinks.
Water kefir: this is from Agua de Madre and is lightly sparkling and great for gut health. It’s similar to kombucha so you can use that instead.
Ice: the obvious ingredient.
Fresh basil: to add on top for a lovely flavour.
Is this sugar-free and alcohol-free?
This only contains a small amount of added sugar (from the agave syrup) and what’s in the fruit. This is also alcohol-free as Caleño is a non-alcoholic spirit.

This is easy to enjoy in a few steps:
Add the blackberries to a jug and smash them: lightly with a fork or a meddler.
